Come to the book launch of the Biotic Baking Brigade's Pie Any Means Necessary, meet the BBB's Agent Apple and the Cherry Pie 3 (of Willie Brown pie notoriety), partake of tasty vegan snacks, watch pastry action videos >from around the world, learn about pie making/throwing and have loads of fun!

Entertainment will be provided by:

The Infernal Noise Brigade (INB), a marching drum battery and street performance group from Seattle activated by massive political and cultural uprisings.

We Are Everywhere: the irresistible rise of global anticapitalism, a thirty minute multi-media show and photo exhibit. Presented by Jennifer Whitney, consisting of projections of inspiring images and texts from a book by the same name, and set to driving music composed by...

DJ Filastine of Sonar Calibrado, manipulated beats laced with agit-prop and location sound. Hip-hop and breaks from São Paulo to Algiers to Habana. Samples >from Bollywood to Bush. Soundsystem style. From one of the makers of ¡tchkung! and the INB.
